Perfectum was highly recommended in a local Facebook group, and now I understand why. They recently completed several plumbing repairs at my home in Montgomery Village, MD. When my basement sewage ejector pump failed and flooded the basement, Vadim and Peter arrived quickly, immediately diagnosed the problem, and explained that the sewage ejector pump had failed. They went out, purchased a new pump and installed it the same day.
While they were there, they also replaced my kitchen garbage disposal and repaired my toilet. The team was professional, efficient, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and offered fair, affordable pricing. If you're looking for a reliable plumber in Montgomery Village, MD for sewage ejector pump replacement, garbage disposal installation, toilet repair, or other plumbing services, I highly recommend Perfectum.

The team at Perfectum has saved my house twice, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They always respond quickly, arrive on time, and provide excellent workmanship at very affordable prices.
The first time, they repaired a water leak above my water meter and replaced the expansion tank on my water heater. The second time, they replaced my garbage disposal and installed a new dishwasher after my old one failed.
Every job has been completed professionally, efficiently, and at a fair price.
If you're looking for a reliable company that offers fast response times, high-quality work, and great value, I highly recommend Perfectum.

We've been using Perfectum since 2023, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service. Back in 2023, Vadim and Peter replaced the upstairs toilet in our son's bathroom, and it has been working flawlessly ever since. A few months ago, we experienced a serious kitchen drain issue. Upon arrival, Vadim and Peter assessed numerous issues that were contributing to the clog and discussed options with us. They are extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and take the time to explain things clearly, keeping in mind budget constraints. Most recently, they replaced our failed water heater and advised on the best, most economical option for our home's usage and needs. It's hard to find contractors who care this much about doing things correctly, while listening to the customer. We highly recommend Perfectum to anyone looking for honest, professional plumbing service.

I used Perfectum for my apartment in Germantown that had a ceiling leak issue, and I was very impressed with their service. Vadim and Peter arrived quickly, right on time, and immediately started investigating the problem.
They carefully inspected everything and found that the dryer vent running through the ceiling was leaking water. The vent was completely clogged with lint, causing moisture from the dryer exhaust to build up and leak into the ceiling. The blockage was so severe that their brush could not get through, so they used a plumbing chain snake to break through the clog from both directions. They were able to clear it, and a large amount of lint and rusty water came out of the pipe.
They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and did a very professional job. They also serviced the HVAC system and helped make sure everything was working properly.
Perfectum also took care of the ceiling repair and painting, saving me the hassle of finding another contractor. Excellent workmanship, honest service, and I highly recommend Vadim and his team!

I was referred to Perfectum by my realtor friend who has had a lot of great work done by them, and I’m very glad I chose them. They completed several tasks at my home in Gaithersburg, including replacing the pressure reducing valve, the main water shut-off valve, and the hose bib for my garden. They also securely fixed my loose water heater exhaust, replaced a rusted HVAC duct, and installed new laminate flooring in my kitchen—all in a single day.
They even went above and beyond by addressing a few additional issues at no extra charge. The team was extremely fast, efficient, and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, HVAC, or home improvement needs.

Perfectum Plumbing (Vadim) was great to work with handled our issue with ease. We needed a new water pressure reducing valve, he was able to diagnose the issue and come up with a rough estimate all over the phone. When he arrived in person, he confirmed the problem and made a quick repair. If you're considering him, give him a call and see what he says!

If you are looking for a team who is fast, reliable, and a fantastic communicator, look no further. I needed my bathroom vanity top and toilet replaced and am so grateful I called Vadim.
From the very first contact, the communication was flawless. Vadim clearly walked me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the whole process, Vadim was straightforward, professional, and very honest with pricing. Vadim and his employee (Peter) were also very efficient. They arrived promptly and got everything installed in no time while troubleshooting unexpected challenges and finding solutions along the way.
It is rare to find home service professionals this reliable. I will absolutely be reaching out to Vadim for all my future home service needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for hassle-free service!

I have had 2 experiences working with Perfectum and both have been excellent. The first was a hot water heater installation that Vadim was able to complete quickly. Within 24 hours of us contacting him, the new water heater was installed. The second experience involved installing a new dishwasher and stove. Vadim & Peter arrived on time and they identified a couple of other minor issues during the installation process and were able to quickly pivot to repair them and keep the project on schedule. They are always very transparent about their pricing and the total cost was very reasonable. They are extremely professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.

When it was time to replace my water heater, I obtained several estimates that included the Washington Gas application, licensing, and inspection. Perfectum’s estimate came in right in the middle. The deciding factor for me was that the owner, Vadim, and his colleague Peter came out in person to inspect the setup, while the lowest estimate was provided via email based only on my description.
Vadim and Peter took the time to thoroughly explain all the issues that needed to be addressed to pass the water heater inspection. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, and even followed up after the installation to make sure everything was working properly.
The inspector passed the water heater without any issues, and based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Perfectum for water heater installation.

Great and professional service. I needed two faucets replaced as soon as possible and received Vadim’s contact information through a friend. Vadim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on time, advised me accordingly, and offered a reasonable price. I have already hired this professional for another job and would highly recommend him.

We called Perfectum Plumbing to schedule a visit to fix a leaking faucet. On arrival, he and assistant Peter evaluated the vanity, noting the fixture needed to be replaced with new shut off valves. When shutting off the house water, they saw the Pressure Reducing Valve was corroded/leaking (lasted 10 years beyond its 15 year life) and another valve to the exterior was in a similar state. Vadim checked over the house plumbing, made suggestions and determined their individual cost. After our approval, he went to purchase supplies while Peter disassembled the vanity, cut out the faucet, then proceeded to the basement replacements. Vadim returned with the proper replacements and together they completed the project to our satisfaction keeping all areas clean. Within 2 ½ hours from arriving, the house plumbing was perfected and the itemized bill was paid with a credit card(+ 3%).
Vadim is conversational and eager to share his expertise without being aggressive. This was our 2nd time to use his services and would highly recommend this company, quick to respond and now having expanded into carpentry, remodeling, HVAC and roofing.

I first used Perfectum Construction and Plumbing in 2021 and had a great experience. Vadim replaced my water heater, pressure reducing valve, and the main water shut-off valve. He came on short notice (water heaters are always an emergency) and advised me to replace the pressure valve and the main shut-off. His work was very professional. It was clear that he insists on doing things the right way. When he replaced the water heater, he also rearranged the Rube Goldberg water lines that fed our furnace humidifier.
Just a couple of days ago I had Vadim and Peter come back to install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal with an air-button system. They also fixed a couple of our toilets that were leaking, and capped a gas line that we no longer use since we replaced our gas range with an electric one. They paid attention to the details, and they left the work site clean and neat.
I trusted Vadim’s recommendations for replacement fixtures, and he shopped for them, checking first with me before he made the purchases. If you're looking for a dependable local plumber who does quality work and stands behind it, I highly recommend Perfectum Construction and Plumbing.

We have been working with Vadim for well over a decade, and he is truly the person you call when you want the job done right. He is often the one fixing inferior plumbing work that others couldn’t get right the first time. He’s excellent with water heater installations, dishwashers, and any plumbing project that requires skill and attention to detail.
One experience really stands out. After installing a brand-new water heater, Vadim noticed a leak coming from the anode rod on top of the unit — a factory defect. Instead of leaving us without hot water or asking us to wait several days, he immediately took action. It was nearly 9:00 p.m., and he rushed to Home Depot, arriving just a minute before closing. He returned the same evening and completed the repair so we wouldn’t be left stranded.
That level of dedication says everything. Vadim genuinely cares about his customers, stands behind his work, and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly.
Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Perfectum for quite a few years and have always had a great experience. On one occasion, I couldn’t winterize my back hose bib. When Vadim, the owner, arrived, he quickly realized that the original internal shut-off valve installed by the builder also shut off cold water to my kitchen faucet.
Vadim carefully analyzed the piping and was able to install a dedicated shut-off valve in a very tight ceiling space. Thanks to that solution, I can now properly winterize the back hose bib. Over the years, Perfectum has also fixed multiple pinhole leaks, replaced my toilet, and changed my kitchen faucet.
Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and they always clean up after the job. I highly recommend Perfectum.

I had an excellent experience with this company, they converted a three-handle shower diverter to a single handle modern style. I had a few loose tiles which the guys manage to save via installing a remodeling plate.

Perfectum replaced a leaking shower faucet that turned out to be more complex because of odd plumbing choices by the original home builder, including a bent pipe and a non-standard elongated shower valve. They identified the issue quickly, corrected it, and used a remodeling plate so the tiling didn’t need to be disturbed. To properly address the valve problem, they installed a small access panel in a guest bedroom that was cleanly done and well finished.
They also replaced a hard to reach pedestal sink faucet and installed a toilet handle at no extra cost. Pricing was more than fair for the complexity of the job, everything was clearly explained, and they cleaned up thoroughly when finished.
Thank you, Vadim!

I had an excellent experience with Perfectum Construction and can’t recommend them highly enough. Vadim was able to come out on short notice, arrived exactly on time, and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and charged a very fair price for the amount and quality of work completed.
The scope of work was extensive: he cleaned out the drain below the kitchen sink, installed a new garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet, replaced the under-sink water shutoff valves, inspected both the water heater and HVAC system, and winterized the exterior house bib valves.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my home. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and the work area was left spotless. It’s clear that Vadim takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and honest, Perfectum Construction is a fantastic choice. Huge thank you to Vadim for a job extremely well done!

My Mom is absolutely thrilled with the incredible transformation of our home, which now feels both beautiful and truly comfortable again.
The team worked quickly and professionally to replace multiple cold water pipes, fully renovate the shower and powder room, and completely modernize the kitchen with stunning marble-look floor tiles. They also installed beautiful oak hardwood floors in the living room and dining area, bringing the entire house back to life.
My Mom especially appreciated Vadim’s thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the process. The whole team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine respect for her wishes.
We are both extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Perfectum Construction and Plumbing without hesitation.

Over the past five years, the Perfectum team has successfully completed a wide range of projects at my home. Their work included painting the entire house, replacing the roof, and installing a new HVAC system.
They also handled a very complex repair involving a broken sewage line that was pinched between an HVAC duct and a structural support beam, which caused my basement to flood. Perfectum managed the situation professionally at every stage—performing water mitigation, thoroughly drying and disinfecting the area, and completing full flood restoration. This included replacing the entire bamboo basement flooring, repairing damaged drywall, and repainting the space.
The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout every project have been outstanding.

I’ve used Perfectum Construction And Plumbing on multiple occasions in different houses, and they’ve always delivered excellent service.
Last time I had a toilet that was leaking in my crawl space for a while and completely destroyed my subfloor and the floor joists. Since these guys do structural work as well they replaced all of them. They also relocated my HVAC ducts, installed a smaller window and replaced all the bad framing. It was very convenient that I did not have to call a bunch of different companies to do all these jobs. They completely remodeled my bathroom and it was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results!

I had an old rusty leaky Roman tub faucet which needed an immediate replacement. I called Perfectum on Sunday and the company owner, Vadim came the same day, provided a unique solution by removing my old Roman tub faucet and installing a modern shower faucet solution which will be easy to repair in the future. Perfectum construction and Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They solved the complex problem just in a few hours without even breaking the tile. They plugged up the tub with matching color plugs as well. Everything was done at a very reasonable cost. They also serviced our HVAC system. Perfectum construction and plumbing did a fantastic job in my bathroom. They were on time, professional, and explained every step. The work was neat, up to code, and finished without surprises. Great water pressure, no leaks, and a fair price. Highly recommended!!!
